M. Felix also brought in his expertise from his experience in other national financial establishments, He had dreams of seeing NDC becoming an actor turned designer, a leader in the world of Micro Finance in Cameroon and in Africa in the next 5 years to come. 4 booming branches in the capital city in less than a years, was a great achievement for Mr Felix seeing his dreams becoming reality, thanks to NDC loyalty to its clients.

Kingsly loves to make things, go smoothly in NDC. As the general accountant, he does not beleive in failure in business. He has a great mind to advice every aspiring business man in any line of business to follow, as well as giving them a clear financial plan in every business or investment venture.

Mr Ngongha once dreamed of seeing the country entering into a stage of a booming economy with every NDC clients succeeding in their various financial projections. And he first began designing and putting in place a team of professionals ranging from varied ages and sex. He developed a passion for building a micro financial institutions that will be able to meet the financial difficulties of every cameroonian as well as the whole world and began opening NDC S.A branhes all over the nation , with the zeal of getting into a bank in the next 5 years ahead through his NKENKENA project.

Ngongha oversees the positive growth of NDC S.A and the predominant role it will play in the development of the Cameroonian economy.
